How I Work

I begin with a complimentary 30-60 minute consultation to determine if I am the right coach for your needs.  I need to be clear on your goals and objectives.  It is the role of the coach to advance the client’s agenda.  We meet weekly, usually on the phone.  Using the results from various assessments and deep dialogue, I help provide insight into your challenges, new ways of viewing them.   Together, we develop action plans and you will execute on them until you achieve your desired results.  I will be there every step of the way to support you and provide guidance.

As a member of the International Coach Federation, I abide by their code of ethics.
